Osama who?
About a year ago I watched a Channel 4 program here in the UK called Osama Loves. And I thought it was great. Think about it: there are so many people called Osama – a very comon name in the (middle) east. And all these men and boys are NOT that Osama. So who are they and what do they love. Because an Osama can love things, just like you and I. The documentary is so good because it takes a label (which the name Osama had/has become) and gives a broader meaning to it. It makes you realise how important it is to be aware of the words we use and what meaning we attach to a word, or a name in this case!
And the good news is that this incredible documentary will now me shown various countries around the world. Yay!
